What is UWE?
Underground Wrestling Entertainment is a small backyard wrestling federation based out of Hockingport, OH.James Blackwell was formed the the company in May 2009 out of the remnants of HTR's Underground brand.Blackwell desired to make the company more professional, thus in June of 2009, what was left of the former Underground brand officially made the transformation into Underground Wrestling Entertainment.
